Hello there!

I just tried this myself to see where the problem was, and it worked successfully! I did the same exact steps you mentioned and got the link I was supposed to get. After getting the link, I clicked on it and it downloaded the shared file.

Do you mind trying it again? How about asking your friend to share the file with you one more time, and let me know if it works this time.

If it did - Perfect!!
If not - I will run to my Blomp team and have them work on this nonstop until it works out.
