Uploaded files do not show up.

Hello.
I uploaded a folder to Blomp around an hour ago, via the web interface. The dashboard correctly lists the used storage, yet the files inside the folder are nowhere to be seen. The bulk download function does not seem to be working either.
What to do?

Two days later, files and download link still nowhere to be seen. Moved files to Drive.

The same problem here with the rclone upload..

Hi samiodir,
As a first step, please try clearing your browser cache and then relaunching it.
You can also test the site on a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
In the meantime, we’re continuing to look into this for you.
If neither of the above steps resolves the problem, we’ll need a few more details from you to help us troubleshoot further.
- Were there any subfolders inside the folder you uploaded?
- Was the upload done only via the web interface, or did you also try uploading through BlompGo?
- What was the total folder size?
- Do you remember approximately how many files were inside it?
- What’s the total file size you’re trying to bulk download?
Once we have this info, we’ll be able to investigate further and get back to you with an update.
