How long does it take to get the download link?

I pressed Bulk download my files and waited for 3 days. The link has not been sent to me until now. How do I download my files now?

We just wanted to follow up and check in with you. Since your last post, we have made quite a few improvements across Blomp, including stability and background handling for larger folders, so we wanted to see where things stand on your end.

Did you ever receive a bulk download link for this folder, or did the process stop before a link was generated? If you did not receive one, could you please let us know which specific folder you are trying to download (folder name or path)?

As a temporary workaround, we can manually generate and send you a bulk download link for that folder while we continue looking further into the issue on our side. That way, you are not blocked from accessing your files.
