Good afternoon. In the Android app, I deleted a folder with a similar name (u0412идео), and after that, the downloaded files in the adjacent video folder stopped being read. Can you help me restore access to the files? Thank you.

Hi sanychiy,

Thank you for letting us know about the issue with your files. We understand how important it is to have reliable access, and we’ll be looking into this further for you.

At the same time, we’d like to clarify that our Android app is still under development, so it would really help us to know where the version you’re using was downloaded from. Could you also share your Android phone model and software version? This will give our team more context as we investigate your case.

Warm regards,

Hi there,

Thank you so much for reaching out and for your patience while we reviewed your case. We took a close look and it seems the issue you’re running into is linked to the older version of our Android app. The situation you’re experiencing is connected to the Android app, which is currently being refreshed for a new release.

The specific folder you mentioned that was deleted through the Android app is no longer available in your account, which means those files unfortunately cannot be restored. That said, all of your other files remain completely safe in your storage.

For the best experience going forward, we recommend using our website: https://blomp.com. The web version is always up to date, stable, and gives you full access to your files with none of the limitations of the older app. You’ll be able to see and manage everything there smoothly.

We recommend switching to the website for now so you can continue working without any interruptions. Once the refreshed version of the mobile app is ready, we’ll be sure to share the update with our community.

We truly value your trust and are here if you need any help navigating the website. Please let us know how it goes, we’d be happy to walk you through step by step if needed.

With care,
