Hello
I have used the blomp software that opens a small app on desktop in the style of a basic FTP
Each time I test uploading a folder the files with in the folder do not seem to upload as well - just an empty folder
I logged into the web interface and tested the same thing again and just empty folders with no contents
I mounted as a Z drive the latest blomp go dropped test folder in and same issue empty folder no files
I did manage to up load a few files via web interface but they promptly disappeared
Is this software supported or even working or am I being a chump?
I am using the free account of 40gb but nothing seems to work as intended - it even trims the folder names missing out the first letter
Would really like some advice on this as if it would work I would like to buy storage but if the free version is a nightmare in terms of actually uploading files what is the point ?

The UI is simple and clean but should have file upload download indicators
Also trying to down load the test folders failed it just did not down load any thing
Hoping I get some help /explanation or else Im buggering off to another company that works

Just to clarify: the desktop software in the FTP-style window is BlompLive, which is currently under maintenance. For now, we recommend using BlompGo or the web dashboard.
To help us investigate further, could you please share a bit more detail:
1. Which operating system are you using (Windows 10, Windows 11, or Mac)?
2. When uploading through BlompGo, do the folders appear empty right away, or do they disappear after some time? Can you share the names of the folders that did?
3. For the files that disappeared from the web interface, did you notice any error messages before they vanished? Can you share the names of the files that did?
4. For download attempts, what exactly happened? Did the process start and fail midway, or did nothing happen at all?
The more we know, the faster we can narrow down the cause. You are an important part of the Blomp family, and we’ll do everything we can to get this working properly for you.
We also hear your feedback on missing upload/download indicators, and we agree that better progress indicators will improve the experience. We are already working on adding them, you will see them in a few days if not hours.
