I uploaded around 200 gb of mov video files and they all were corrupted when someone went to download.
It took a very long time to upload and am very disappointed.

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know. We are truly sorry to hear about the experience you had with your uploads, especially after spending so much time uploading such a large amount of data.

Please rest assured that our team is already looking into this to identify what went wrong. To help us move faster, could you confirm whether the upload was done through the Blomp web dashboard or through BlompGo? This detail will help us trace the issue more accurately.

Can you name a few files that are corrupted? Please also send us the uncorrupted version of the same file, so it helps us troubleshoot.

We value you as part of the Blomp family, and we will do everything we can to make sure your storage experience works the way it should.

With care,
Blomp Support Team

Hello,

Following up on our earlier message, we wanted to share an update from our side.

Since this was reported, we have made improvements to Blomp’s upload process. Uploads are now more strictly validated, so if a file does not upload fully or correctly, it will not be saved at all. This helps prevent partially uploaded or corrupted files from appearing in accounts.

With the current system, files will either upload completely and remain intact, or the upload will fail cleanly without storing the file. This change was made specifically to avoid the type of issue described here.

If you still have the original copies of any affected files and would like to re upload them, or if you want us to review recent uploads, please feel free to reach out. We are happy to assist.

Kind regards,
Blomp Support Team
