BlompLive Windows

I want to upload a folder that I have on my local computer to the cloud, but I want it to be automated, so that whenever there is a change in the folder, the cloud copies it automatically. For that, I need to use Blomp Live Windows, right? It's giving an error when trying to download, the link doesn't work.

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing this with us. At the moment BlompLive for Windows is under maintenance, which is why the link is showing an error. Our developers are already working on it and we’ll have an updated version available soon.

Nao consigo logar no Blomp GO, eu coloco o e-mail e aparece login failed, nao consigo logar, estou tentando colocar a mesma senha que utilizo no Blomp Web

Você poderia, por favor, compartilhar uma breve gravação de tela mostrando o que acontece quando tenta fazer login? Isso vai nos ajudar a ter uma visão mais clara do problema.
Além disso, informe-nos qual versão do BlompGo você está usando. Você pode encontrar o número da versão no canto superior esquerdo da janela de login do aplicativo, logo ao lado do logotipo do BlompGo na barra da janela.
Assim que tivermos essas informações, poderemos ajudá-lo melhor.

Could you please share a short screen recording showing what happens when you try to log in? This will help us get a clearer view of the issue.
Also, please let us know which version of BlompGo you’re using. You can find the version number in the upper left-hand corner of the app’s login window, right next to the BlompGo logo in the window box.

Eu consegui logar com o e-mail, porem, dá um erro. Estou mandando um video onde refiz a instalação do Blomp to Go e o erro que aparece ao tentar executar.

Hi idealtintas,
Thank you for following up and for sharing the video. We’ve tested BlompGo in general and your account specifically on Windows 10, and it opens and connects correctly on our side. Could you please confirm which version of Windows you’re currently using?
If you’re on Windows 10, please try the following steps:
1. Log out of BlompGo completely.
2. Then log back in again.
3. When you reach the “Location” field, make sure to leave it empty and type a drive letter in front of the word “or”.
4. Wait for a few seconds, then click on the BlompGo app icon again until you see the messages “BlompGo is ready” and “BlompGo is connected.”
5. After that, open This PC to check if your Blomp drive appears.
Please try these steps and let us know what happens, along with your Windows version. This will help us guide you more accurately.

I'm still having trouble opening the download link for "BlompLive for Windows." How long will it take for the fix to be completed?

Thanks for checking in! We really appreciate your patience while our expert developers work on refining BlompLive Windows. The updated version is already in progress, and while we don’t have an exact ETA to share just yet, we’re aiming to make it available as soon as it’s fully stable and ready to use. As soon as the new version is released, we’ll notify users right away. And if you’d like, we can personally update you too so you’re among the first to try it.
