Can't delete folders via the web interface. Not using delete nor using bulk delete.
The folder disappears at first, but just comes back on a refresh.
Anyone encountered this?

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. It looks like the files you’re trying to delete were created by a backup or sync tool, which sometimes assigns very long or system-generated names. In such cases, the web interface may appear to delete them but they can reappear after a refresh because the tool still keeps them linked.
If you’d like, we can manually delete them for you as a temporary workaround. Please confirm, and we’ll proceed right away.
