Bulk Download

I am trying to bulk download my folder with 1050 items in there but it just does not seem to work.
Anything I am doing wrong? The file size is about 15GB

At the moment, downloads involving thousands of files or very large folder sizes (such as your 15GB folder) may experience incomplete or stalled processing. Our development team is actively working to improve this functionality so that large bulk downloads can run smoothly without interruption.
In the meantime, we recommend downloading your files in smaller batches rather than all at once. This usually helps ensure faster and more stable transfers.
We truly appreciate your patience while we enhance this feature. Once the new bulk download version is released, we’ll announce it across our platform updates so users like you can benefit immediately.

We just wanted to follow up and check in with you. Since your last post, we have made quite a few improvements across Blomp, including stability and background handling for larger folders, so we wanted to see where things stand on your end.
Did you ever receive a bulk download link for this folder, or did the process stop before a link was generated? If you did not receive one, could you please let us know which specific folder you are trying to download (folder name or path)?
As a temporary workaround, we can manually generate and send you a bulk download link for that folder while we continue looking further into the issue on our side. That way, you are not blocked from accessing your files.
