Issues Uploading Files to My Cloud Account

Hi blomp Support,

I’m having trouble uploading files to my account. I currently have around 400 GB stored, but whenever I try to upload larger files (e.g., 20 GB videos), the upload fails and then the app crashes.

I would like to continue using the cloud, but right now I can’t upload anything efficiently. Could you please help me resolve this issue or suggest a solution?

Thank you for reporting this and for explaining the issue in detail.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when working with large files. We have shared this with our team and they are currently looking into the upload failures and app crashes you described.

Can you please tell:

When you say the app crashes, does it fully close, freeze, or show an error message
How are you uploading your files, via web dashboard, rclone or BlompGo?
If possible, do you have a screenshot or screen recording of the error or crash message
