Missing uploaded archives

I was wondering, why every time I successfully upload some archives to my account and later search for them I can't find them, they dissappear?

It is possible that the file never fully uploaded, even though it looked successful at the time. The most important thing to confirm first is this:

Did you ever actually see the file appear in “My Files” after the upload completed, even briefly?

If the file never appeared there at all, then the upload may not have finalized on the server side. This can happen if the connection drops right at the end or something else goes wrong.

To help us investigate properly, please let us know:
• How are you uploading the files, rclone, Blomp web dashboard, or BlompGo
• Did you see the files listed in “My Files” after upload, even for a short time
• The exact name of one or two archive files that are missing

Once you share the filenames and upload method, we can check the logs and see exactly what happened. We are happy to look into this for you and make sure nothing is overlooked.
